Doug Blankenship is a follower of Jesus Christ, a husband of one woman, a father of two great kids, and a student of Christian Philosophy and Apologetics.   He also enjoys running (slowly), playing guitar (poorly), riding his motorcycle (safely), and gardening (that’s a boldface lie).

Doug came to know the Lord personally in June 1985.    He was ordained as a Gospel minister in 2002 and has served churches in the Southeast US as a Deacon, Mission Pastor, and Youth Pastor.    Doug was born in Pasadena, CA in 1964 and moved with his family to CT in 1974.   He graduated from Ridgefield High School in Ridgefield, CT in 1982.    Although Doug lost his moral and educational way for a few years, he eventually completed a Bachelor of Science degree from Teikyo Post University in Waterbury, CT in 1993.    He is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Christian Philosophy and Apologetics from Trinity Theological Seminary in Evansville, IN.

Doug is available to speak at your church, youth group, or discipleship class.   Since his passion is helping Christians and churches learn how to defend Christian truths and expose false teachings and worldviews, most of Doug’s speaking topics revolve around these goals.
